Green beans processing line

The line is used to process green beans. The raw material arrives in trucks, which are poured in the receiving bunker. From the receiving area, a conveyor belt carries it out to an air selector and from there it goes to the bean washing equipment, which removes dirt and debris. After that, the raw material is sent to the optical sorting machine, which scatters low-quality, discolored green beans.

Afterwards, the clusters of green beans are broken down and the ends are cut off. From there, the application elevator carries it to the slicing machine. Belts convey the sliced green beans to the pre-cooking equipment, after which the raw material is filled into bottles, then capping. After closing, sterilization takes place in the autoclave, the baskets of which are loaded by the Magnetic Basket Loader and then unloaded by the Magnetic Basket Unloader. Packaging takes place after sterilization.

Magnetic depalletizer:

After inserting the intermediate paper, the bottom of the basket sinks down one level, and meanwhile the magnetic head returns to its original position, from where the process is repeated. Cooking and cooling equipment

Drum Blancher:

The equipment is used for cooking canning and refrigeration products (green peas, corn, etc.) in hot water. All structural parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel. The tub is filled to the level determined by the overflow and is heated to the temperature of pre-cooking. The product fed into the feeding hopper of the machine falls into the perforated spiral-leaf drum, which is immersed in hot water and rotates at a constant speed. The temperature of the water space is kept at the set pre-cooking temperature by the automatic temperature control valve. The auger leaves of the rotating drum transport the product in the hot water towards the dispensing end at a uniform speed. The speed of passage through the machine can be adjusted to the desired value by adjusting the speed of the gear unit with the pre-cooking frequency controller. At the dispensing end of the auger drum, 6 product extraction vanes located radially inside the drum deliver the product to the dispensing hopper. The excess water leaves the tub through the two overflows. We produce it in different capacities.

   

Classification and separation machines
