  Magnetic depalletizer:

Magnetic palletizer:

The task of the machine is to empty the solid vegetables and fruits to be processed from the compartments. The pallets with the compartments must be placed on the roller track with a forklift, which will automatically take them to the elevator equipment. The elevator structure lifts the pallet, then the tweezers take off four compartments and place them on the roller track above, which are forwarded to the two emptyer units. When the pallet is empty, the roller track takes it to the pallet collector, and then the cycle repeats. The equipment ejects the empty compartments to the side. Cooking and cooling equipment

Drum Blancher:

The equipment is used for cooking canning and refrigeration products (green peas, corn, etc.) in hot water. All structural parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel. The tub is filled to the level determined by the overflow and is heated to the temperature of pre-cooking. The product fed into the feeding hopper of the machine falls into the perforated spiral-leaf drum, which is immersed in hot water and rotates at a constant speed. The temperature of the water space is kept at the set pre-cooking temperature by the automatic temperature control valve. The auger leaves of the rotating drum transport the product in the hot water towards the dispensing end at a uniform speed. The speed of passage through the machine can be adjusted to the desired value by adjusting the speed of the gear unit with the pre-cooking frequency controller. At the dispensing end of the auger drum, 6 product extraction vanes located radially inside the drum deliver the product to the dispensing hopper. The excess water leaves the tub through the two overflows. We produce it in different capacities.

     

Screw preheater:

Various fruits (soft-fleshed, stone fruits, apples, tomatoes, etc.) together with seeds or essential for heating and enzyme inactivation. Only properly prepared (e.g. washed, stem torn, etc.) ripe pieces of fruit are suitable for processing, unripe, hard fruit can only be processed with great loss. The screw preheater has a horizontal arrangement, two cylindrical bodies, with heating jackets placed next to each other, both with a screw paddle mixer and a transport shaft. The fruit arrives in the receiving hopper of one of the cylindrical bodies, passes through the inside of the body, then is transferred to the other cylindrical body with transfer paddles, and after passing through it, exits the pre-heater.

Automatic Spherical Vacuum Station:

The spherical vacuum is suitable for reducing and compressing the water content of various liquid materials at low temperatures under vacuum. Primarily, it is prepared for the processing of fruit pips and making jam. It can also be used to mix and dissolve several materials during compression. The equipment is made entirely of acid-resistant steel. They are made in different sizes from 50 liters to 1500 liters.

   

Steam tunnel:

The task of the steam tunnel is to cook various meat products with steam. The frame structure of the steam tunnel is a stainless steel closed section, on which the lower tub and the upper lid, which can be moved by a motor, are placed. The steam nozzles are located in the lower tub and the upper lid. The steam blowers heat the stainless belt from below, while the steam meets the products to be cooked from above. At the junction of the lower tub and the upper lid, we ensure its tightness with the water seal. At the water lock, the water level is solved by level control. The monopump pushes the mixed and ground product into the extruders. From the extruders, the product passes through the extruder head onto the belt of the steam tunnel, and then, passing through the steam tunnel, the product is cooked. The cooked product is separated from the tunnel belt by a separator, and from there it is transferred to the plastic belt conveyor. A slicer is placed at the end of the conveyor belt, which slices the product.

  

Vegetable fryer:

The vegetable fryer can be used to make vegetable caviar, but it can also be used for frying, boiling and preparing other vegetable masses. The main part of the vegetable roaster is a flat-bottomed cylindrical pot. In this container, only the bottom heats up, so that the product does not burn. The short sleeve of the cylinder and the bottom itself are insulated and covered by a stainless shell. The vegetable fryer stands on 4 tubular legs, on which there are adjusting screws, which can be used to adjust the horizontal position of the bottom during operation.

Continuously functioning basket pre-cooking:

Continuously functioning basket pre-cooking equipment plays a very important role in technological processing in the food industry, but especially in the refrigeration and canning industry. Its task is to pre-cook various vegetables and small fruits in a solid state to be processed according to technological specifications. The raw material added to the equipment is placed in continuously moving conveyors. The pre-cooking equipment is suitable for pre-cooking the raw material with steam and hot water. The time of pre-cooking can be changed steplessly within the regulated range.

Continuous oil fryer:

The uniquely designed and manufactured equipment is used for frying shelled oil seeds (hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers, etc.) in oil. In order to satisfy a wide range of application needs, the dosing performance of the equipment, the speed of the conveyor belt and the temperature of the frying oil can be adjusted within wide limits, which can be adjusted empirically according to the specific needs.

 

Snail dryer:

Used for drying and pre-cooking the snail shell.

 

Manual vegetable fryer:

It can be used for frying and roasting many kinds of vegetables. The raw material must be fed into the machine by hand, and it can be taken out together with the finished product in the oven. It is made of stainless steel.

   

Classification and separation machines

Green bean snipper:

Two-stage squeezer:

It is used for straining various fruits, vegetables and fruit pulp. It can be used for processing pre-cooked or ripe, raw fruits. Only ripe fruit that has been properly prepared (e.g. washed, torn from the stem, cut with seeds, etc.) is suitable for processing, unripe, hard fruit can only be used with high losses. The machine was created by building 2 single-stage squeezer machines (P014) on a common stand and properly connecting them. The equipment is made of stainless steel.

 

Corn Husker:

The task of the machine is to husker corn. The part of the machine is the dosing shaker, the receiving hopper, the dosing belt and the associated rack structure. The output of the machine is 8-14 tons per hour

 

Air selector:

The air separator is suitable for the removal of impurities with low specific gravity and high air resistance from raw materials (peas, corn, etc.) in the canning and refrigeration industry. The air separator contains a vibrator table. Its performance is different, it can be between 5-15 tons/hour.

       

Seeder:

The task of the machine is to pit different fruits (cherries, plums, etc.), during which the seeded fruit is sent to the next technological machine, while the seeds are carried separately by belts placed under the machine. The machine has different capacities.

   

Calibration of cherry:

The task of the machine is to classify counties of different sizes. The machine is usually designed for two sizes of cherries. The smaller fruit falls into the rotating drum of the machine and is carried away by a conveyor belt. The larger size falls out at the end of the machine onto the next technological machine.

   

Vibration table:

Vibration table a very important role in the technological processing of the food industry, but especially in the refrigeration and canning industry. Its task is to arrange the individuals of various vegetables and smaller fruit varieties in a solid state to be processed in a plane, in a uniform layer thickness, to the next machine and equipment of the technological processing line. allowance. Product transport machines

Auger sugar conveyor:

The sugar application auger is used in fruit and vegetable processing lines during the processing of juice, syrup, etc. to make the sugar syrup, add the sugar to the syrup cooking pot. The application auger is located on a transport trolley made of a closed section, so it is possible to supply several syrup cooking vessels with a sugar application. Two of the four wheels are self-aligning and two can be braked. It is made in stainless steel.

   

Auger conveyor:

Its task is to transport or transfer different products to the next technological machine. They are used to transport fruit seeds, or to transport pulpy, soft materials and meat. It is made in stainless steel.

         

Bucket elevators:

Bucket elevator is to bridge the differences in height between the individual technological devices during the technological processing of the solid, different types of vegetables and fruits to be processed. In practice, this bridging means in almost all cases the transfer of the raw material or product to be processed from a lower technological level to a higher technological level. Bucket elevators can be installed anywhere in the technological production line. They can be made with a belt made of PVC or plastic and with a paddle.

          

Swan-neck elevator:

The task of the Swan-neck elevator is to bridge the height differences between the individual technological equipment during the technological processing of the solid, different types of vegetables and fruits to be processed. In almost all cases, this bridge means bringing the raw material to be processed, the product, from a better technological level to a higher technological level. Elevators can be installed anywhere in the technological production line. It is made with a belt with plastic members and a paddle.

                 

Puffer table:

The task of the buffer table is to continuously transport packaging materials of different sizes (canning bottles, metal cans, beverage bottles) in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the processing technology, and to collect them in front of various very important technological machines, so-called buffering. The collection and buffering is necessary so that the loss of production due to minor technical errors occurring at individual technological machines does not occur at the leading machines of the technological line, and ultimately the capacity utilization of the technological line is maximized. The buffer table is made with a belt with plastic members.

                 

Bucket elevator:
